Our client was looking for an expert to help change outbound dial tones at VICIDial.

His agents made hundreds of cold calls a day through VICIDial, and after prolonged exposure, Visi’s ringing tone could become mentally debilitating.

They were looking to replace the ringing with a lower and softer tone – they wanted to be able to hear the phone ring, but it needed to be less tiring to listen in headphones with longer exposures.


We have configured flow with Dialplan and explain client for the changes so they can do them self if needed.
