- 4-5 years hands-on experience in Asterisk IP PBX
- Hands on experience in Asterisk, Vicidial,PHP, MySQL, API
- Experience in building and customizing the Asterisk Source code for Call Centre Blended solution with CRM integration i.e. Customization needs to be done for Call Routing, Queuing and Load Balancing, Call Transferring with data to multiple Levels and Voice Logger
- Should have Asterisk integration experience with external CRM is a must
- Must to have PHP skills
- Networking VoIP (H.323, IAX and SIP) Information Systems Apache Web Server
- API Knowledge is mandatory.
