They had a VICIDial server and VoIP connected. All of the settings and campaigns and everything was setup correctly.
Their problem was that they needed someone to explain why they were getting silent calls, dropped calls, no one on the other line. The bottom line was that their dialer wasn’t working as efficiently as it should so they needed a VICIDial and VoIP expert to help.
Solution
We have explained this client how to check and debug their leads and how to cleanup the leads based on previous call status. And also installed and configured required codecs on server.
