VICIDIAL Custom development was needed to build in our client’s inhouse software
They were looking for a developer who can do the following:
- Setup a standalone VICIDial on auto scale servers like digital ocean etc
- Move VICIDial code into our inhouse application and setup / customize VICIDial operations for our inhouse use so that we don’t need to login VICIDial separately and we will be able to use VICIDial within our inhouse application (we mainly use Inbound/Outbound) predictive dialing
Solution
We have installed and configured custom modules for dialer and explain how they can manage by own, we have also provided all source code and documentation.
