Which could help them recommend a good VOIP provider, routes, DID’s provider and add a security firewall to it. It was a long-term job to take care of their dialer at least twice a week or whenever they needed assistance, but they needed access to all providers and wanted to be paid by them.
They were looking for someone with experience on the USA route as they were using their dialer to call different locations around the USA, that person needed to be able be their consultant or tech manager whenever they needed.
It was a USA marketing company based in NY and they were looking for an honest, reliable and responsible manager to take care of it all, they already had a server ready, which could install it all.

We have suggested them dedicated server requirement and also we have done installation and configuration for dialer, and due to dedicated server we have installed and configured firewall for specific IPs as well.
