They were looking for a person to help create a call center environment through Vicidial or Goautodial.
They didn’t have any of these applications so this guy needed to set them up from start to end.
By start to finish –
We would need the application, VOIP, all employees of mine to have agent access, and pretty much everything involved to get my call center up and running.
Apart from this they also wanted if that person could connect this platform to a CRM which would allow them to track everything through the CRM including being able to send text messages etc.
Solution
We have installed and configured Goautodial and integrated Vtiger CRM in this.
