PBX Solution
DialerKing built a comprehensive administrative tool that provides clients with a transparent and robust view of their ongoing communications. This project delivered a unified platform for managing PBX configurations, optimizing call routing, and tailoring functionalities to precisely match the company's operational requirements. The tool also offers strong reporting, showing detailed information about call activity, how well the system is running, and what users are doing, helping them make smart choices based on data.
Plus, we added secure call recording for the PBX to meet regulations and boost customer service, making it easy to find and review important conversations. We took advantage of Asterisk's open design to create a communication system that fits our client's exact needs, ensuring calls connect without a hitch and the system stays running smoothly. We also keep a close eye on Asterisk's internal records, which helps us catch potential issues before they cause problems and continuously improve performance.
Challenges Addressed
The task of building an admin control panel that offered both live call data and overall system control wasn't easy. It meant bringing together lots of different phone system features into one screen that anyone could understand and use. Getting clear, complete reports on call details, system efficiency, and user actions took some serious brainpower in how we collected and displayed the data. Also, building call recording that was both secure and followed all the regulations definitely made the project more challenging.
